? About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Junior HR Intern to support our hiring and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their HR career and eager to learn recruitment, coordination, and people operations.

? Roles & Responsibilities

1️⃣ Call candidates and schedule interviews as per requirement

2️⃣ Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and technical teams

3️⃣ Shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and predefined criteria

4️⃣ Follow up with candidates for interview confirmation and updates

5️⃣ Maintain candidate databases and track daily recruitment activities





6️⃣ Assist in screening resumes and managing application pipelines

7️⃣ Provide support during onboarding and documentation processes

8️⃣ Maintain professionalism, timely communication, and positive candidate experience

9️⃣ Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks
