Job Title: Junior Job Work & Vendor Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Job Work & Vendor Coordinator to support vendor coordination, production follow-up, material movement, and timely completion of outsourced production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and coordinate with job-work vendors as per production requirements.
- Assist in collecting vendor quotations and negotiating rates and timelines.
- Prepare and issue job-work orders as per requirements.
- Coordinate the movement of materials to and from job-work vendors.
- Follow up with vendors regularly on production status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Purchase teams for smooth job-work activities.
- Monitor pending jobs, delays, rework, and material shortages.
- Follow up on quality issues, rejections, and corrective actions with vendors.
- Maintain vendor details, job-work status,



and production follow-up reports.
- Ensure materials and completed jobs are received within the required timelines.
- Support the team in resolving day-to-day vendor and production-related issues.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in job-work coordination, vendor coordination, production follow-up, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of production and job-work processes.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to work in an in-person manufacturing workplace.
