Truzee is a growing Indian occasion-wear brand creating made-to-order sarees, blouses and lehengas. We are looking for a hands-on Production & Operations Executive who can coordinate daily sourcing, factory operations and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging and other production supplies based on daily requirements
- Coordinate with fabric vendors, embroidery teams, tailors, masters and other production partners
- Prepare and maintain sampling and production indent sheets
- Track the inward, outward and available stock of fabrics, trims and finished products
- Maintain and regularly update the live order pipeline
- Track every order across sourcing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality check and dispatch
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure production timelines are met
- Identify production delays or material shortages and escalate them promptly
- Check fabrics,



trims and colours against approved references
- Share transparent daily updates on sampling, production and pending orders

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate from any stream
- Previous experience in production or operations at an apparel or fashion compan
- Basic understanding of fabrics, trims, colours and garment construction
- Comfortable using a laptop, Excel or Google Sheets
- Organised and disciplined with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable visiting local markets and vendors for sourcing
- Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
