Role & responsibilities
- Handling Injection Moulding machines for PVC(CPVC/UPVC/SWR) Fittings.
- Mold loading/unloading
- Setting the mould Adherence to Machine Setting Parameters (MSP) for the mould loaded
- First Off Approval of parts produced from QA
- Periodic part inspection to ensure that defects are not produced
- Trouble shooting of Injection Molding Machines
- Adherence to SOPs for all molded parts
- Record the Injection Moulding process parameters for the shift operations
- Record Production Qty, Rejections Qty for each machine in the shift operation
- Reduce Scrap/Rejection/Lumps in shift operation
- Analysis and corrective actions for defects produced/efficiency losses in shifts.
- Ensure 5S and Safety at all times
Active participation in Small Group Activity (SGA) and Kaizen
