Job Summary The Junior Manager – C&P; will support procurement and contract execution activities across residential projects. The role includes vendor coordination, RFQ/RFP processing, purchase order support, contract tracking, logistics coordination, and compliance monitoring aligned with procurement policies and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

- Support RFQ, RFP, EOI, and pre-bid processes
- Collect and consolidate vendor quotations
- Assist in purchase order processing




- Coordinate with internal users for procurement requirements

Vendor Management

- Assist in building and maintaining vendor database
- Conduct vendor feasibility and quality checks
- Support vendor onboarding and audits
