We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, onboarding, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Track employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Important Note
- A 2-year service bond is applicable for this position.
- Candidates are expected to commit to the organization for a period of 2 years from the date of joining.
