Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and articulate Junior IT Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for tech-savvy freshers with an interest in technology, sales, and client relationship management. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying opportunities, pitching custom IT solutions, and building our sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and professional channels (such as LinkedIn) to identify potential B2B/B2C business opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Qualification: Pitch Arch IT Solutions' core services (Custom Applications, CRM, ERP, and Web Solutions) to prospects and qualify incoming leads.
- Requirements Discovery: Understand basic client requirements and schedule initial technical/business discovery meetings for the core business development team.
- Communication & Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-up sequences with prospects via cold calls, emails,



and messaging to keep potential deals moving through the pipeline.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional IT services or upgrades to prospective and onboarding clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions, calls, and lead statuses in the company system/CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications (B.Sc IT / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech), or a Business/Marketing degree with a strong passion for tech.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer support is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with clear, confident client communication.
- Technical Aptitude: Fundamental understanding of software solutions (web/mobile apps, websites, CRM/ERP concepts) to effectively converse with prospects.
- Core Skills: Proactive attitude, strong persuasion abilities, active listening, and comfort with cold calling/outreach target goals.
