- Handle day-to-day HR activities at the factory.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, shifts and overtime.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee files, joining and exit documentation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of factory workers.
- Manage contract labour records and compliance documents.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and basic disciplinary matters.
- Maintain HR registers, reports and statutory records.
- Support POSH, employee welfare and HR activities.
- Assist during labour-law audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR/any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in factory/manufacturing HR preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance.
- Good communication and employee-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable working at our factory location.
