Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, and basic layout designs under the guidance of senior designers.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will assist in developing brand-aligned visuals, support logo and identity projects, and ensure consistent use of typography and color across materials.



Daily work includes collaborating with copywriters and account managers, following brand guidelines, preparing files for production, and iterating on designs based on feedback. The role also requires maintaining organized design files and staying updated on current design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create effective visual communication assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure explicit, visually appealing text treatment across designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to follow creative direction, accept feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong attention to detail, a basic understanding of digital and print production, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work are advantageous.
