Junior Stylist

- Provide a premium and personalized styling experience to clients.

- Support senior stylists in client servicing, styling activities, and studio operations.

- Build positive relationships with clients through attentive service and emotional intelligence.

- Understand client preferences and provide thoughtful assistance throughout their styling journey.

- Contribute to client satisfaction, relationship building, and sales opportunities.

PREP – Preparation

- Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities.

- Set up trial rooms and client spaces under the guidance of the Senior Stylist.

- Learn about assigned clients by reviewing brief notes and observing senior stylists.

- Ensure the styling area and client spaces are prepared before appointments.

- Maintain proper grooming and qualified presentation according to DAZZLES standards.

PROCESS – Operations

- Assist during CCS stages, including client hosting, trial organization, and product movement.

- Begin independently handling standard clients with simple styling requirements.

- Assist clients during trials and provide appropriate product and styling support.

- Maintain studio lifestyle, professional grooming,



and service etiquette throughout client visits.

- Support senior stylists in creating a smooth and personalized client experience.

- Identify client requirements and communicate relevant observations to senior team members.

POST – Results

- Submit basic client service notes to the Senior Stylist or Catalyst after trials.

- Participate in daily reflections to identify what went well and areas requiring improvement.

- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities on the floor.

- Demonstrate readiness to progress toward the Senior Stylist role.

- Continuously improve styling, client-handling, and service skills.

Special Notes

- Grooming: Always maintain grooming standards according to DAZZLES guidelines.

- Behaviour: Maintain a positive, solution-driven, client-first, and internally supportive attitude.

- Reports: Ensure Quantum Sheets are completed on time and maintained accurately with useful insights.

- Lifestyle: Represent and contribute to the overall DAZZLES experience rather than simply delivering a service.

- Growth: Demonstrate continuous development and progression from Entry → Growth → Exit at every role level.
