? Role Overview

As a Junior Executive – Project Operations, you will support the execution of research projects and day-to-day operational activities.

You will work closely with the operations team and coordinate with hospitals, laboratories, vendors, and internal teams to ensure client requirements are executed smoothly and within timelines.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world biomedical research and biospecimen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating research projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and operational records.
- Coordinate with hospitals, laboratories, vendors, and internal teams.
- Follow up on sample collection, logistics, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and project updates.
- Support quality and compliance-related documentation.




- Track project progress and identify operational issues.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Support improvements in internal processes and workflows.
- Handle other project coordination and administrative activities as assigned.

Who Can Apply?

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Only Jaipur-based candidates willing to work from the office should apply.

Job Details Position: Junior Executive – Project Operations

Experience: Freshers to 1 year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
