Job Title: Junior Fashion Designer

Location: Work from office

Reports To: Creative head

Location: Virwani Industrial Estate, Goregaon East.

Working days- Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off, and all other saturday's are working)

Office Timings- 10:00 am to 06:00 pm

Salary - up to 25000 (based on experience)

Company - we are into women's western wear (woven fabrics) manufacturing company.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team. The Ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, an eye for emerging trends, and the ability to translate creative concepts into creative, market- ready designs, you will support the senior design team in developing seasonal collections, from initial concept through to final samples.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in researching seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and digital renderings (using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar software).
- Support the development of mood boards, concept presentations, and line sheets.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, sample rooms, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Maintain and update design flies, sheet and sample libraries.
- Participate in fittings, providing feedback on garment construction and fit.




- Assist in preparing design presentations and lookbooks for internal reviews and buyer meetings.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and track samples.
- Maintaining the material and applique physically and in Pretture software .

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in fashion design
- Strong illustration and technical drawing skills (hand or digital).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, color theory and production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
