Role & responsibilities

- Pilot plant scaleup: Assist in scaling up processes from lab to pilot plant, ensuring reproducibility and efficiency.

- Production support: Provide handson support in production activities, including batch execution and monitoring.

- Process monitoring: Track process parameters, record observations, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

- Analytical support: Work with QC/ADL teams to support analytical requirements during scaleup and production.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Safety compliance: Follow EHS guidelines and ensure secure handling of chemicals and equipment.

- Crossfunctional collaboration: Coordinate with R&D; scientists, production teams, and QC for smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Sc. (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry

- 13 years of pharma industry experience in pilot plant scaleup and production

- Knowledge of API manufacturing processes, GMP practices, and regulatory compliance

- Handson exposure to wet lab techniques, process equipment, and documentation
