Realtaspaces Infra Solutions LLP is looking for a dedicated and technically sound Junior Engineer to join our Project & Construction Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting site execution, monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, maintaining site records, and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

This position is ideal for professionals who are looking to build their career in real estate, redevelopment, construction, residential, high-rise, or SRA projects and have a strong interest in site execution and project coordination.

Position Purpose To support the Project Manager and Site Team in the execution and monitoring of construction activities by ensuring proper coordination, quality control, documentation, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Supervise civil works and ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Sub-Contractors.
- Check work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day site execution issues.
- Ensure proper sequence of construction activities.

Quality Control

- Monitor the quality of construction work and materials used at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Assist in conducting inspections and maintaining quality records.
- Coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications and site requirements.
- Identify construction defects or deviations and report them to the senior engineer/project manager.

Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings.




- Coordinate with consultants regarding drawing-related issues and site requirements.
- Maintain records of drawings and revisions.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available at the site.
- Assist in checking dimensions, levels, alignment, and quantities as required.

Measurement & Billing Support

- Assist in taking measurements of completed works.
- Verify contractor/sub-contractor work quantities.
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets and work completion records.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and billing team for contractor bills and certifications.
- Maintain records of material consumption and work quantities.

Material & Site Management

- Monitor material requirements at site.
- Coordinate with stores/procurement teams for timely availability of materials.
- Check materials received at site as per specifications and requirements.
- Monitor proper storage and utilization of construction materials.
- Report material shortages or wastage to the senior team.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

- Maintain daily site records and progress updates.
- Assist in preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Track work progress against planned schedules.
- Highlight delays, site issues, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
- Maintain site photographs and activity-wise progress records.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure basic safety procedures are followed at the project site.
- Coordinate with the safety team regarding site safety requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions or practices immediately to the senior management.
- Support compliance with company SOPs and project procedures.

Coordination with Stakeholders

- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Site Supervisors.
- Attend site coordination meetings as required.
- Follow up on technical issues and pending site activities.




- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring smooth coordination between site and office teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant construction/site experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Site Execution, Construction, Real Estate, Redevelopment, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, Redevelopment, or SRA Projects will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD – Basic to Intermediate
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Civil/Structural Drawings
- Quantity Measurement
- Site Documentation
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Knowledge of construction quality standards
