Position : Junior Engineer Customer Support

Location : Delhi

Responsibilities

1. Pre-installation inspection and Installation of equipment according to the set procedure and

standards.
1. Providing on time Service support to Customers.
2. Ensure that the uptime of the product.
3. Managing and taking the responsibility of maintaining the installed base of the allocated

region.
1. Report any potential safety failure to the Manager as part of post market surveillance.
2. On time and effective reporting on the performance of product, in the customer base.
3. Carrying out PMS as per the schedule in the customer base.
4.



Escalating the customer complaints to engineering team for Corrective and Preventive

action – and its follow up. SPR process.
1. Ensure that the products upgrades are implemented.
2. Tracking and reporting updates. Weekly and daily reporting of activities.
3. Kaizen on the product/service process/maintenance etc
4. Compliance to Quality Management System current (History card,

Complaint closure, Installation report)

Requirements / Qualifications:

· Any degree/Diploma

· Familiar with ISO 9000/ISO 13485 associated with Customer Support function.

· Good Written and oral communication (English and Indian Languages)

· Hands on with MS office products.

· Exposure to Customer Support Automated tool is plus.

· Willing to travel to customer / Dealer /Distributor locations locally and globally.

· The candidate require analytical skills, systematic skills and result orientation.

· The person should be able to work with people from diverse background.
