We are looking for a Junior Engineer – Instrumentation to support instrumentation and automation activities in our dairy manufacturing plant. The candidate will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating process instruments and control systems to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems
- Monitor and maintain temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other process instruments
- Support maintenance of sensors, transmitters, control valves, switches, and controllers
- Assist in troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, and automation-related issues
- Perform routine inspection and calibration of instruments
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs, checklists, and reports
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Mechanical, and Utilities teams
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Assist in commissioning and installation of new instruments and automation equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of instrumentation systems to minimize production downtime
- Follow plant safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualification





- B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
- Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics may also be considered

Experience

- Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of experience can apply
- Experience in Dairy / FMCG / Food Processing / Manufacturing will be an added advantage

Key Skills

- Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation and process control
- Knowledge of PLC / SCADA systems
- Understanding of sensors, transmitters, control valves, and calibration
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shift operations
