- Positive knowledge of industrial spray painting and coating processes.
- Knowledge of airless spray, conventional spray, and HVLP spray systems.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating systems.
- Understanding of paint mixing ratios, viscosity, pot life, and application parameters.
- Knowledge of DFT measurement and coating inspection.
- Familiarity with surface preparation standards such as Sa 2 / Sa 3 is preferred.
- Knowledge of paint defect identification and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and customer paint specifications.
- Knowledge of industrial paints such as epoxy primer, epoxy intermediate, PU/polyurethane top coat, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production/quality documentation.
