We are expanding our Indian engineering team and are looking for a proactive, highly skilled Junior Engineer to lead local assembly, testing, device integration, and operational coordination for our next-generation vehicle and asset-tracking devices.

Role Overview In this role, you will play a key technical and coordination role in bringing our latest identification and tracking technologies to life. You will oversee local assembly processes, manage supplier interactions, take ownership of device testing protocols, and support the integration of tracking devices with third-party tracking platforms.

These products will serve both the high-growth domestic Indian market and our global supply network across international subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end assembly process for electronic tracking and identification devices.

Supplier Liaison: Interface directly with local and international suppliers of electronic components, PCBs, and hardware modules to ensure technical quality and supply integrity.

Schematic & PCB Review: Analyse circuit schematics, block diagrams, and Gerber files to troubleshoot,



optimise, and evaluate manufacturing readiness.

Test Engineering & Quality Assurance: Design, draft, and implement comprehensive test plans for hardware reliability, functional validation, and quality control.

Devices Integration with Third-Party Tracking Platforms: Lead and coordinate the integration of tracking and identification devices with third-party tracking, fleet-management, IoT, and monitoring platforms. Support device configuration, communication protocols, data exchange, API/platform integration, and technical troubleshooting to ensure reliable device-to-platform connectivity.

Team Leadership: Coordinate, guide, and manage junior technicians/lab resources executing the test procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with international engineering, operations, and quality management teams to align product specifications with global standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering.

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware testing, device integration, or product assembly support.

Technical Proficiency





Proven ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and Gerber files.

Experience in creating structured test plans and executing test cases.

Familiarity with IoT, RFID, cellular/GPS tracking, vehicle identification systems, or connected devices is a strong advantage.

Basic understanding of device communication protocols, APIs, data exchange, or integration with third-party tracking platforms is an advantage.

Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues between tracking hardware and external software platforms.

Vendor Management: Demonstrated capability to interface professionally with component vendors and PCB manufacturing partners.

Language: Fluent written and spoken English is strictly required for daily collaboration with global teams.

Commute / Location: Ability to work in office at our facility in the Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru.
