Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Creative Producer with 1–2 years of experience to support the development and execution of original podcast content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, content development, research, and creative production, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with writers, hosts, production teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing original podcast concepts, formats, and creative ideas.

Coordinate with writers, hosts, and creative teams to develop scripts, episode outlines, content plans, and pitch decks.

Conduct research on podcast trends, audience preferences, relevant topics, and competitive formats.

Support pre-production planning, including creative discussions, episode planning, scheduling, and documentation.

Coordinate with production, direction, and post-production teams to ensure the smooth execution of podcast episodes.

Monitor the creative quality, consistency, and continuity of podcast content throughout the production process.





Track project timelines and episode deliverables, ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks.

Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and other creative materials for internal reviews, client discussions, and platform pitches.

Present and pitch creative concepts and presentations to clients and other stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

1–2 years of relevant experience in podcasts, digital content, television, films, or media production.

Solid understanding of storytelling, content development, and creative processes.

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to develop and present creative ideas confidently.

Robust coordination and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in preparing presentations and pitch decks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
