The Junior Associate will help manage case files, maintain accurate documentation, and track deadlines across different courts and forums. The role also involves continuous learning, keeping up with legal developments, and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing within the firm.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities, including proficiency in using legal databases and other research tools.
- Competence in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, opinions, and correspondence.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, courts, and colleagues.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple matters, maintain files, and meet court and client deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace, while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university; enrollment with a State Bar Council and eligibility to practice in India.
- Interest or prior exposure to litigation across various courts and tribunals; experience in cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
