Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects, working under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting in design development, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to presentations and project reports. The role involves participation in site visits, gathering measurements, and supporting construction documentation to ensure alignment with design intent and local regulations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram,



requiring regular collaboration with the internal team and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with ability to translate concepts into explicit drawings and models.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.
- Competence in Project Management fundamentals, including task planning, time management, and coordination with project teams.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, with eligibility to pursue professional licensure where applicable.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to follow design and technical standards.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback in a collaborative, on-site environment.
