Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in North Delhi.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, including preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with conceptual and detailed design, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and helping ensure that design solutions align with project requirements and standards. The role also involves participating in site visits, documenting project progress,



and contributing to construction detailing and material selection.

The Junior

Architect is expected to maintain accurate project documentation and actively collaborate in design reviews and project meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and workflows (e.g., CAD integration, design software interoperability).
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including time management, task tracking, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), and competency in MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification, with internship or entry-level experience in an architecture or design studio preferred.
- Strong visual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills for presenting ideas, documenting work clearly, and coordinating with project teams and consultants.
