Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects and learning environments in a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in concept development, preparing drawings and design documentation, and contributing to spatial planning and detailing under the guidance of senior architects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to integrate design intent with educational and technology components, participating in project reviews, and updating plans based on feedback.

The Junior

Architect will help with basic project management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining schedules,



and supporting communication with stakeholders. The position offers hands-on studio experience in a setting that connects architecture with emerging educational and digital practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and technical documentation.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, digital platforms, or interactive learning environments.
- Ability to assist with Project Management activities, including coordination, scheduling, and documentation across design and education initiatives.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools; familiarity with collaborative digital platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification; early-career experience in a design studio or internship is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and an interest in both architecture and education-focused innovation.
