Position: Junior Architect

Location: Guwahati

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and 3D models.
- Coordinate with the senior architects and design team on ongoing projects.
- Assist with site visits, measurements, and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, material selections, and design proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams when required.
- Ensure drawings and designs are updated as per project requirements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural software.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, design principles, and materials.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks within deadlines.
