Role Description A Junior Architect supports the architectural team in developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings, creating 3D models and presentations, and coordinating project documentation. The role involves working closely with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are developed accurately and efficiently.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Support senior architects throughout all stages of a project, from concept design to construction.




- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, renders, and design proposals.
- Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements and documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.
- Assist in preparing working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
- Review drawings and site work to ensure compliance with approved designs and project requirements.
- Communicate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders as required.
- Research materials, finishes, building products, and relevant design standards.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of relevant architectural experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Positive knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction details, and basic building regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
