About the Role :

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and project leads on a variety of residential, commercial, or interior projects from conceptualization through execution.

This is an on-site position ideal for a proactive professional eager to learn and grow in a collaborative design environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development : Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and mood boards based on client briefs and project requirements.

Drafting & Modeling : Prepare clear architectural drawings, 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction/interior drawings using CAD/BIM tools.

3D Visualization : Create high-quality 3D models and realistic rendering/presentation layouts for client pitches and design reviews.

Documentation & Material Selection : Assist in preparing material specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project documentation.

Site Coordination : Undertake site visits in and around Chennai for measurements, snagging, inspections, and monitoring execution progress alongside contractors and vendors.

Team Collaboration : Coordinate effectively with internal team members, consultants,



and vendors to ensure alignment with project timelines and design standards.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.

Experience : 0 to 3 years of professional experience.

Fresh graduates must showcase a compelling academic or skilled portfolio.

Software Proficiency :

Robust command over AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Proficiency in rendering/visualization engines (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) and Adobe Photoshop.

Working knowledge of Revit or 3ds Max is a strong plus.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of architectural/interior details, materials, and construction techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client interactions.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under supervision.
- Other Requirements : Must be based in or willing to commute daily to the office in Chennai (WFO) and open to traveling locally for site visits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
