Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architectural team. The candidate will assist with the design, development, documentation, and execution of residential, commercial, and other architectural projects while working closely with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Support senior architects throughout all stages of a project, from concept design to construction.
- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, renders, and design proposals.
- Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements and documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.
- Assist in preparing working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
- Review drawings and site work to ensure compliance with approved designs and project requirements.
- Communicate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders as required.
- Research materials, finishes, building products,



and relevant design standards.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas to improve project outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of relevant architectural experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Good knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
- Valuable understanding of building materials, construction details, and basic building regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
