Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.

- Prepare and review working, construction, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, contractors, and project teams.

- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, specifications, and constructability.

- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, approvals, and document records.

- Ensure the latest approved drawings are issued to the site team.

- Track drawing submissions, approvals, revisions, and pending deliverables.

- Conduct regular site visits and verify execution as per approved drawings.

- Resolve site-related drawing queries and provide technical clarifications.

- Coordinate design changes and ensure revised drawings are updated and circulated.

- Coordinate with consultants for timely submission of drawings and technical details.





- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.

- Support senior architects in design development and technical detailing.

- Coordinate drawings for residential buildings, amenities, common areas, faade, parking, and external development works.

- Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable regulations.

- Prepare drawing status reports and highlight delays or critical issues to management.

- Support the project team in resolving design and execution-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-5 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.

- Experience in Design & Drawing Coordination.

- Valuable coordination and communication skills.

- Candidates preferred from the Pune region only
