Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Hyderabad.

The Junior

Architect will support the design process by developing conceptual and detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with spatial planning, coordinating with consultants, preparing documentation for approvals, and contributing to interior and urban design elements as required. The role also involves participating in site visits, tracking project progress, and collaborating with project managers to align design intent with execution. The position offers opportunities to learn local codes, refine technical skills,



and build strong professional foundations within a collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, drafting, and detailing.
- Ability to work within structured project workflows, supporting Project Management activities such as documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools and digital workflows (e.g., connecting BIM/CAD platforms, plugins, and visualization software).
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, SketchUp, and rendering applications).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong visualization, space-planning, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback positively and work in a team environment.
- Interest in interiors and urban planning, and willingness to participate in site work and coordination with contractors and consultants.
