Role & responsibilities

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models

- Support concept development and design presentations

- Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations

- Participate in site visits and monitor construction progress

- Review project specifications and material selections

- Help prepare documentation, BOQs, and approval drawings

- Assist in client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

- Basic knowledge of real estate project lifecycle

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office

- Understanding of building codes and construction methods

- Robust communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
