Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural projects, contributing to concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing CAD and 3D models, assisting with design presentations, coordinating with senior architects and project managers, and helping translate design intent into construction-ready documentation. The role also involves site visits, basic coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring design solutions align with project codes, client requirements, and timelines.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area,



working closely with the design and build teams to deliver high-quality, purposeful spaces.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed design.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, digital workflows, and collaborative project environments.
- Basic Project Management skills, including task coordination, time management, and documentation support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), 3D modeling, and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong visual, spatial, and design communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and produce technical drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, conduct site visits, and adapt to a quick-paced project environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in the Greater Bengaluru Area is an advantage.
