Prime Hiring Solutions is expanding its recruiting team and looking for a high-energy Junior ACE Recruiter with 1 3 years of demonstrated success in US staffing .

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who already understands the fundamentals of sourcing and candidate engagement and is ready to become stronger across IT and Engineering recruitment while working directly on active US client requirements.

You ll work from home, collaborate with an experienced delivery team, and have the opportunity to build expertise across some of the most in-demand technical and engineering skill sets.

What You ll Do

- Recruit for US IT and Engineering contract requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals and creative sourcing channels
- Understand technical job descriptions and quickly identify relevant candidate profiles
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, location, compensation, work authorization and availability
- Build strong candidate relationships from initial contact through submission, interview and placement
- Prepare high-quality candidate submissions with accurate documentation
- Maintain timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Consistently build pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill skills
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and status within the ATS
- Work closely with Account Management and Delivery teams to prioritize requirements
- Meet defined recruiting KPIs for sourcing, qualified submissions, interviews and placements

What We re Looking For

You Should Have

- 1 3 years of successful recruiting experience, preferably in US staffing
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and submitting qualified candidates




- Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle
- Exposure to IT, Engineering, Technical or Professional staffing
- Strong LinkedIn and Boolean search capabilities
- Experience using major job boards and ATS/recruitment systems
- Ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant skills quickly
- Solid candidate screening and communication skills
- Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously
- A performance-driven mindset with measurable recruiting results

Location Requirement This position is remote; however, we are specifically looking for candidates based in or around Vadodara to support stronger local team collaboration and future team activities when required.

Candidates should also be comfortable working schedules aligned with US client and recruiting hours .
