Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

- Bank Entry posting in ERP

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Perform bank and account reconciliations

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers

- Assist with tax filings and compliance documentation

- Maintain accurate records for audits

- Help track budgets and flag discrepancies

- Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance

- 2 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)

- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting software(Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books)

- Solid attention to detail
