Anantkamal Software Labs is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, valuable knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
- Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST and Indian accounting practices.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Experience with invoicing and reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Prior experience in a software/IT company will be an advantage.
