Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with proven expertise in commercial office interiors, exterior façade visualization, and architectural walkthroughs. The role is responsible for transforming 2D architectural and interior drawings into photorealistic 3D visualizations that support design development, client presentations, sales proposals, approvals, and project execution.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray/Corona Renderer, with a strong understanding of corporate workplace design, materials, lighting, rendering, and animation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate and highly detailed 3D interior models for managed office spaces, corporate workplaces, business parks, and commercial buildings.
- Convert 2D CAD drawings, layouts, and design concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.
- Produce high-quality exterior elevations and façade renderings for office buildings, campuses, and technology parks.
- Create photorealistic renders using V-Ray or Corona with accurate lighting, textures, materials, reflections, and camera composition.
- Develop interior and exterior walkthrough animations for client presentations and marketing.




- Apply realistic materials and textures for flooring, ceilings, walls, furniture, glass, metals, fabrics, and architectural finishes while maintaining corporate design standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and execution teams to ensure design accuracy and timely revisions.
- Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client meetings, approvals, leasing, and business development.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to project timelines across all visualization deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–4+ years of experience in commercial office interior and exterior visualization.
- Expert knowledge of 3ds Max (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
- Experience in 3D interior visualization, exterior façade rendering, and walkthrough animation.
- Robust understanding of lighting, texturing, materials, rendering optimization, and camera composition.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, and design intent accurately.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, D5 Render or Unreal Engine will be an advantage.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
