Position: Print Designer – Jr. Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer – Jr. Executive to join the design team at Anamika Khanna. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing print concepts in line with the brand’s aesthetic and design direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative print and surface design concepts for apparel and collections.
- Create and develop print layouts, motifs, patterns, and placements.
- Work closely with the senior design team to understand seasonal themes and design requirements.
- Create print artwork and prepare designs for production.
- Assist in developing new print techniques and experimenting with different design approaches.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of prints.
- Make revisions and adaptations based on feedback from the design team.
- Maintain organized artwork, print files, and design references.
- Research current fashion, textile, print, and colour trends for design inspiration.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in print/textile/fashion design.
- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Good understanding of prints, patterns, colours, and textile applications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Robust creative and visual sense.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in fashion/apparel prints will be preferred.

Trial / Practical AssessmentShortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a 3-day practical assessment with the design team.

- Duration: 7 hours per day
- The assessment will include practical print-design assignments based on the brand's requirements.
- Candidates will be evaluated on creativity, technical skills, understanding of prints, execution, attention to detail, and ability to work as per the design direction.
- Day 2: Practical assessment followed by an interaction/interview with the senior management/directors.
