Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented to support Jr. IT Recruiter / IT Recruiter our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting job seekers, understanding their interest and availability, explaining suitable job opportunities, and scheduling interviews with candidates and recruiters/clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates from the available database.
- Explain job openings, eligibility criteria, location, salary range, and other relevant details.
- Understand candidates’ experience, skills, preferences, and availability.
- Shortlist and coordinate candidates based on recruitment requirements.
- Maintain daily calling, scheduling, and follow-up reports.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide timely information.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and schedules.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with deadlines.

Qualification

- Any graduate / undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Freshers can apply; recruitment experience will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of candidate calls completed.
- Number of qualified candidates identified.
- Number of interviews scheduled.
- Interview attendance/conversion rate.
- Follow-up effectiveness.
- Accuracy of candidate and interview records.
