Overview:

- Developing & conducting HSE related training modules.

- Facilitating& coordinating for HSE &
- Other standards implementation &certification; for AAL units.

- Drivingfor Automotive Axle Production System (Zero COC, BAD, BIQ) implementation &adherence; across the plant

- HSEapplicable regulations compliance management

- Designing& implementing safety incidents preventions systems/programs.

- Theposition to fulfill the requirement under The Factories Act 1948 and The KarnatakaFactories Rule 1969.

Core Responsibilities:

- Improve Safety by regular audits & assessment and evaluation, CAPA, conducting theme-based initiatives (4M, RULA/REBA, LOTO etc.,), Mock Drills and improving / strengthening systems by implementing new technologies and Legal Compliance

- Monthly conductance of Safety Committee meeting with all committee members

- PPEs management and adherence audit across the plant

- Periodical Induction & refresher training of HSE critical elements.

- Implementation & documentation of HSE ISO Standards, ISO-14001:2015 &
- ISO-45001:2018

- 100 % ensure legal compliance related to PESO, DDF and other govt related bodies and all HSE related applicable regulations License & approvals taking.

- With the proven HSE tools and techniques, HIRA, JSA based studies and deriving and arriving action plan.

- Achieving HSE related KPI targets

- Driving towards Zero HSE Accident/ incidents plant by providing best safe working environment

- Responsible for integration of safety principles into work practices by enforcing safe operating system and ensuring safety of people and machinery.

- Responsible for achieving Zero accidents in the department.

- Responsible for ensuring CAPA with incident investigation analysis for all kinds of untoward safety incidents.





- Ensuring 100% Contractors HSE requirements and adherence to work permit system.

- Celebration of National safety day, Chemical Disaster Prevention Day &

- Safety Campaigns.

- Conducting periodical theme-based audits to identify USC/USA & implementing CAPA

- Conducting periodical mock drills as per regulatory guidelines

- Implementation of fire mitigation measures across the plant on continual basis.

- Development & implementation of In office Emergency Plan &

- Preparedness.

- Engineering changes to improve safety at workplace

- Improving General ventilation in workshop floor

- Periodical audit of Fire hydrant system & potentially hazardous area

- Implementation of Early warning system in Potential hazardous /Fire prone areas

- Maintaining plant safety discipline and initiating disciplinary action

- Involving all levels of employees to participate in 100% in various HSE internal & external competitions

- Promoting Recognition &

- Reward schemes among all the levels of employees.

- Submission of all HSE applicable statutory periodical returns

- Conducting periodical checklist-based safety audits.

- Conducting periodical checklist-based audit for LPG yard, Hazardous chemical storage transport and handling & ensuring LPG yard safety.

Required Education /Certification / Experience / Technical / Professional Knowledge and Skills:

- ISO 14001: 2015 &
- ISO 45001:2018 Lead /Internal Auditor Training

- Diploma in Industrial Safety- DGFASLI from CLI&

- RLI Govt. of India.

- Secretarial skills for HSE documentation

- Mechanical Diploma

- 3 to 5 years of experience in automobile manufacturingindustries / manufacturing industries.

- Preferred Male Candidates

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speakingKannada &

- English is required.
