- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.

- 1–2 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing.

- Positive understanding of shop-floor operations and production processes.

- Basic knowledge of 5S, Quality, Safety, and productivity practices.

- Supervise daily production activities and manage shop-floor manpower.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.

- Monitor machine, material, and manpower availability for smooth production.

- Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise data.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

- Identify production issues and support timely corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.

- Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.

- Support process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce production losses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
