Post : Junior Merchandiser

Location : Marol, Andheri E, Mumbai

Experience : Min 1 year

Qualification : Diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile echnology, Apparel Mngmnt, Fashion Design

Salary : 5 LPA

Ofc Timing : 9.30am to 6.00pm Saturday / Sunday off

Core Role

Assist Senior Merchandisers and Execution Teams in turning buyer requirements into finished garment shipments on time.

Sample Development & Approvals

- Receive current development order sheets and tech packs from buyers.
- Coordinate with design and pattern rooms to create fit, size set, and pre-production samples.
- Send lab dips, strike-offs, and trim approvals to buyers for sign-off.

Sourcing & Procurement

- Order fabrics, threads, buttons, and other trims from local or approved global suppliers.
- Help prepare cost sheets, price quotes, and basic material analysis.
- Track inventory and raw material delivery to ensure factory floors face no shortages.





Production & Order Tracking

- Maintain updated Time & Action (T&A;) calendars and order tracking sheets.
- Coordinate daily with production, quality control, and finishing units.
- Schedule internal production meetings and help prepare orders for final quality audits (AQL).

Communication & Documentation

- Liaise with buyers via email and calls regarding shipment status and sample updates.
- Prepare export documentation, order logs, and daily status reports.
