Position Description

We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer with robust Banking domain knowledge to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in COBOL based mainframe applications,

- Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications in a banking environment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of COBOL programs.
- Work with DB2 databases for queries, data processing, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain batch processing using JCL and scheduling tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other technology teams.
- Participate in code reviews, system integration testing, and release deployments.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulatory and security standards
