Junior Executive (Human Resources)

Experience: 0.6 Years to 1.5 Years

Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM IST

Budget: Up to 2.80 LPA

Location: Yendada, Visakhapatnam

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Jr. HR Executive to manage the IT Recruitment process and help attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating hiring activities and also Drive Employee Engagement activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process providing them exceptional experience.
- Support employer branding and in-house & client hiring initiatives.
- Conduct employee-engagement activities as required to boost employee morale.

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0.6 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment (freshers may apply).
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter would be preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and hiring practices.
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment.

Good to Have:

- Experience in IT or technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
