Electrical Maintenance Junior shop Manager The Electrical Maintenance Junior shop Manager is responsible formaintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems and equipment toensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The role focuses on preventive and correctivemaintenance, minimizing downtime, supporting continuous improvementinitiatives, advanced PLC troubleshooting, robotics integration, TPMdeployment, and strict KPI control aligned with OEE, MTBF, and MTTR targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadand supervise daily electrical maintenance activities within the shop floor toensure protected and efficient plant operations.

Executeand monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs tominimize equipment downtime.

Performadvanced PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and program modifications to resolvecomplex electrical and automation issues. (Siemens & Mitsubishi).

Diagnosefaults in I/O modules, safety PLCs, communication networks (Profinet, Profibus,Ethernet/IP).

Handleservo systems, VFDs, motion control systems, and industrial networks.

Conduct CNCmachine troubleshooting , including diagnostics and faultrectification for Fanuc and Siemens control systems , drives,servo motors, and associated electrical components.

AnalyzeCNC alarms, servo errors, spindle faults, and communication issues to restoremachine availability quickly and effectively.





Supportrobotics systems maintenance, integration, and optimization to improveproduction efficiency.

Driveimplementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)initiatives within the assigned area.

Monitorand control maintenance KPIs including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR, ensuring targetsare achieved and continuously improved.

Conductroot cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement corrective andpreventive actions.

Coordinateclosely with production, mechanical, and automation teams to improve equipmentreliability and performance.

Ensurecompliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and regulatoryrequirements.

Maintainaccurate documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, andimprovement actions.

Superviseand guide technicians to ensure proper task execution and skill development.

Participatein installation, commissioning, and upgrading of electrical and automationsystems.

Supportcontinuous improvement projects focused on reliability, energy efficiency, andcost reduction.

RequiredQualifications

Diploma in electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.

2-4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing/ Supervisory role.

Stronghands-on PLC programming & troubleshooting experience.

Experiencein robotic automation (Hydraulic Press, Body shop, Assembly preferred).
