Role & responsibilities looking for a skilled and motivated Jr.

Engineer Mould

Maintenance to join our Engineering & Mould Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of moulds used in Injection Moulding, ISBM, IBM, processes, ensuring optimum mould performance and consistent product quality.

- Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of production moulds.

- Assemble, dismantle, clean, inspect, and service moulds as per maintenance schedules.

- Diagnose mould-related issues and perform repairs to minimize production downtime.

- Inspect mould components for wear and recommend replacement of damaged parts.

- Perform polishing, fitting, alignment, and trial of moulds after maintenance.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams to ensure smooth mould availability.

- Maintain mould history records,



maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.

- Assist in mould installation, changeovers, and commissioning activities.

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of moulds and tooling.

- Follow 5S, safety standards, and preventive maintenance procedures.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mould life and production efficiency.
