Key Technical Skills & Core Competencies

Rotary Equipment Expertise: Deep knowledge of pumps (centrifugal, screw, dosing), blowers, compressors, and mixers.

Static Equipment Maintenance: Maintenance of screens, scrapers, grit collectors, gates, and valves.

Sludge Management Machinery: Management of centrifuges, mechanical & gravity thickeners.

Piping & Hydraulics: Repair of high-pressure piping, valves, actuators, and hydraulic systems.

Preventive Maintenance: Creation of schedule charts, checklist generation, and lubrication management.

Condition Monitoring: Vibration analysis, laser alignment, thermography, and oil analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning: Execute Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown maintenance schedules for all mechanical assets.

Breakdown Resolution: Lead troubleshooting teams to resolve critical mechanical failures quickly.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurring machinery failures to implement permanent solutions.





Spare Parts Management: Inventory control, raising purchase requests, and evaluating spare parts quality.

Vendor & Contract Management: Supervise external contractors, AMC vendors, and fabricators.

Safety Compliance: Enforce Work permit, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, and OSHA safety standards.

Documentation: Maintain machinery logs, history cards, and daily/monthly technical reports.

Soft Skills & Leadership

Team Leadership: Ability to manage a team of mechanical engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

Crisis Management: Staying calm during major plant shutdowns or emergency leaks.

Cost Optimization: Experience in reducing maintenance costs and energy consumption.

Software Skills: Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), SAPH
