We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Detailer to join our Interiors team. The role involves preparing accurate and detailed 2D/3D shop drawings for custom joinery works, coordinating with design, project, factory, and site teams, and ensuring that all joinery elements are practical to manufacture, install, and execute at site.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD, along with sound knowledge of woodworking, joinery construction techniques, hardware, and interior fit-out standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for custom joinery.
- Develop detailed drawings for wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall cladding, storage units, cabinets, and other interior joinery elements.
- Translate design concepts and specifications into accurate, production-ready joinery drawings.
- Ensure drawings include all necessary dimensions, materials, finishes, construction details, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate closely with interior designers, project managers, factory production teams, and site installers.
- Review site conditions and dimensions to ensure joinery items are practical, buildable, and suitable for installation.
- Identify potential fabrication or installation issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them before production.
- Prepare and specify the required joinery hardware, including hinges, screws, handles, drawer systems, channels, tracks, brackets, and other fittings.




- Ensure shop drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable interior fit-out and joinery standards.
- Incorporate revisions based on design changes, site conditions, client requirements, and project coordination.
- Work closely with the factory team to ensure drawings are clear and suitable for manufacturing and assembly.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, revision control, and timely submission of drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of detailed shop drawings.
- Good knowledge of woodworking, carpentry, and joinery construction techniques.
- Strong understanding of custom furniture and interior joinery detailing.
- Knowledge of joinery hardware, fittings, and installation methods.
- Understanding of interior fit-out standards and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret architectural, interior design, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, materials, tolerances, and practical constructability.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within project timelines and handle multiple drawings/revisions.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in interior fit-out, modular furniture, custom furniture, or joinery manufacturing.
- Prior experience preparing production/shop drawings for factory execution will be an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with both factory and site execution teams is preferred.
