Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and testing of Winarc cutting machines at customer locations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing on-site repairs to ensure minimal downtime. The role involves offering technical support, training operators on proper use and basic maintenance,



and documenting service activities and reports.

The Service

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Proven experience in field service, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
- Ability to provide technical support, including guiding customers through operational and maintenance procedures.
- Hands-on maintenance and repair skills for industrial machinery, ideally in laser, plasma, or flame cutting equipment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Comfort with frequent travel to customer sites and working in industrial environments.
- Basic understanding of CNC systems, motion control, and safety standards is an advantage.
- Prior experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing equipment service is preferred.
