About the Role

We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented AI Video Creator & Editor to help produce engaging, high-converting video content. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI generation tools and traditional editing techniques to build compelling, character-driven narratives and amplify our existing video footage into scroll-stopping marketing assets. The ideal candidate understands how to maintain visual and character consistency, weave emotional storytelling hooks, and produce performance-driven video creatives for digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Character-Driven Story Creation: Generate, animate, and direct consistent AI characters, avatars, and narrative scenes for short-form and long-form storytelling.

· Creative Video Amplification: Take raw or provided video footage, repurpose it, and elevate it with energetic pacing, visual effects, AI overlays, sound design, and motion graphics.

· Ad & Social Content Production: Edit high-performing vertical (9:16) and landscape (16:9) video creatives for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad channels.

· Iterative Testing & Optimization: Produce creative variations for A/B testing, optimizing hooks, angles, and calls-to-action (CTAs) based on audience engagement and CTR data.

· Asset Creation: Design high-converting video thumbnails, overlays, and supporting graphic assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven track record creating narrative-driven videos, character animations, or AI-assisted multimedia content.

· Proficiency in traditional video editing, motion design, audio mixing, and color grading.





· Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, viewer retention tactics, and performance ad creative structures.

· Deep familiarity with prompt engineering for visual generation, inpainting/outpainting, and maintaining character consistency across multiple scenes.

· Strong time management skills and ability to turn around high-quality content on tight deadlines.

Candidates should possess hands-on proficiency or working knowledge in the following widely-used, industry-standard toolkits:

· Generative Video & Character Animation: RunwayML (Gen-2 / Gen-3), Luma Dream Machine, Kling AI, Pika

· AI Image & Character Consistency: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E 3

· AI Voice, Dubbing & Lip-Sync: ElevenLabs, HeyGen

· Video Editing & Post-Production: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro

· Graphic Design & Thumbnails: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma

· AI Upscaling & Enhancement: Topaz Video AI, Magnific AI

Pay: ₹10,283.47 - ₹33,807.62 per month
