Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
- Monitor billing, customer interactions, and incoming calls.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Handle and monitor daily cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with staff and ensure assigned tasks are completed properly.
- Monitor overall store cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning.
- Personally handle operational tasks whenever required.
- Take overall responsibility for the regular and efficient functioning of the store.

Requirements

- Graduate from any recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supermarket, grocery store, or retail store.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Strong staff management and supervision abilities.
- Ability to manage daily store operations independently.
- Knowledge of Shree Sava or any other accounting software will be preferred.
- Good organizational, problem-solving,



and multitasking skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
