Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our Freight Forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, conducting cold calls, following up with leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Freight Forwarding and Logistics services.
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and market visits.
- Make regular follow-up calls to prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Promote the company’s Freight Forwarding services, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and other Logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the Pricing, Operations, Documentation, and Customer Service teams to provide timely solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



leads, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and marketing activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements & Skills
- Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability and confidence in cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ready and willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.

Preferred Qualification Graduate in Any Discipline, preferably BBA, MBA, B.Com, BBM, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
